In HOURGLASS, readers learn that Emerson’s favorite drink is a Cubano, Cuban espresso. I learned how to make them (and have them regularly) and had planned to make a video showing you how I do it. Then I found this one by Willy Hernandez, which is so awesome and cheery and just plain cute that I’ll let him take it from here:
I will add that when you screw the bottom of the espresso pot on juuuuuuuust right, it sounds like the TARDIS when you leave the brake on.
